Sunscreen block should protect you against both UVB and UVA. For UVA coverage, look for 1 of these 5 ingredients under the “active ingredient” list:

  • Parsol or Avobenzone
  • Titanium
  • Zinc
  • Helioplex
  • Mexoryl
Use SPF 15 for everyday use
Use SPF 30 or higher for outdoor activities
